These terms apply when you buy link placements from LinkVendors.
1. Who we are
LinkVendors is operated by SIA UNEA, a company registered in Latvia.

"We" and "us" mean SIA UNEA. "You" means the person or business placing the order.
2. What we sell
We place a link to a page you choose inside an existing article on a third-party website.
We arrange each placement with the website's owner or editor (the "publisher"). We do not own or control these websites.
Links are dofollow unless the order says otherwise.
3. Who can buy
Our service is for businesses and professionals. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for business purposes and not as a consumer.
4. Ordering and payment
- The price for each link is shown before you pay.
- You pay the full amount upfront by card. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- By paying, you accept these Terms, including that refunds are credited to your LinkVendors balance rather than your card, except for links we never deliver (see section 9).
- Orders can't be cancelled once paid. If you have a special reason, email support and we'll look at it.
- Large custom requests (for example, a lot of new text or a specific spot in a list article) may cost more. We confirm any extra cost with you before we start, and we only charge it if you agree.
- Prices exclude VAT. We add VAT where the law requires it, and show it before you pay.
5. Delivery
- We aim to get each link live within 45 days of payment.
- When a link is live, we send you the article URL so you can check it.
- If we can't get a link live within 45 days, we refund that link in full to your LinkVendors balance (see section 9).
6. What publishers decide
Publishers have the final say over their own websites. A publisher may:
- decline an article, anchor text or target page;
- refuse to link to a site it sees as a competitor (most sites won't link to a direct competitor);
- lightly edit the sentence around your link to fit their style.
If a publisher declines your placement, we offer you up to two comparable replacements, in a related topic where possible: another article on the same site, or a similar site. If you don't want either, or we can't find one, we credit the full price of that link to your LinkVendors balance. See our Refund Policy.
7. Your target page and content
You are responsible for the page you link to and any text you supply. You must not order links to pages that:
- are illegal or promote illegal activity;
- contain adult content, gambling, weapons, illegal drugs or counterfeit goods;
- contain malware, phishing or deceptive content;
- infringe someone else's rights.
We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules. If we cancel before the link goes live, we refund it in full to your LinkVendors balance.
Your target page must stay live and must not redirect elsewhere. If it is removed or redirected, the link guarantee no longer applies to that link.
8. Link guarantee
If a link we placed is removed, or changed to nofollow, within 6 months of going live:
- We first spend up to 14 days trying to get the publisher to restore it.
- If that fails, we offer you a free replacement link on a comparable site, in a related topic where possible. Nothing changes until you approve the new site and placement.
- If you don't want the replacement, or we can't find one, we credit part of the price to your LinkVendors balance: the share of the 6 months the link was not live. Example: a $300 link removed after 4 months gets $100 credited.
Most links stay live much longer than 6 months. 6 months is the period we guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover:
- changes you make to your target page, such as removing, moving or redirecting it;
- changes to the website's metrics after your link goes live;
- the website expiring, shutting down or being removed from search results; we still try to replace the link, but cannot promise to;
- links you ask us to change or remove.
If a live link doesn't match your order (wrong anchor, wrong target, missing), tell us within 30 days of receiving the article URL and we'll fix it.

9. Your LinkVendors balance
- Refunds are credited to your LinkVendors balance, not to your card.
- One exception: if a link was never delivered and you ask for your money back, we refund that link to the card you paid with.
- You can use your balance for any future order.
- Your balance can't be withdrawn as cash or moved to another account.
- Each amount credited to your balance expires 1 year after the date it was credited.
- You can see your balance in your account at any time.
10. No guaranteed SEO results
Our promises are the ones in sections 5, 6, 8 and 9: getting your link live or refunding it, and the 6-month link guarantee. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales or any other search-engine result.
Search engines set their own rules on links and can change them at any time. We are not responsible for any penalty, manual action or loss of rankings that a search engine applies to your site.
11. Payment disputes
If something is wrong with an order, please email us first. Most issues are solved within a few days.
If you open a chargeback without contacting us, we may pause your other open orders until it is resolved.
12. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost revenue or changes in search rankings.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any dispute is decided by the courts of Latvia.
