4 Best Link Building Marketplaces for SaaS

Hero image. A hand holds up one yellow cherry picked from a branch of black cherries.

Most link building marketplaces will happily list sites that accept link insertions about testosterone boosters, cbd oil niche edits, curated links about best injury lawyers in your area, and even backlinks to gambling deposit bonuses.

If you’re a SaaS company though, that’s not the type of links you’re after. It’s just not a very good experience to open a marketplace with 500k sites that all exist only to sell you a link.

Traditionally in this case you’ve been restricted to using SaaS link exchanges, either by employing an in-house link builder directly or through a link building agency.

This is why I built LinkVendors - a link building marketplace for link insertions in SaaS blogs. All sites in our list have a real business model (selling software), a real brand behind them and their blog is just one of the acquisition channels.

Here’s how LinkVendors compares with the other marketplaces that sell link insertions, starting with ours, since I know it best.

1. LinkVendors: link insertions on real SaaS companies' sites

LinkVendors is a marketplace for link insertions on the blogs of SaaS companies.

Here are the key differences that make LinkVendors stand out.

  • Only real businesses. Every site belongs to a software company that earns from its product. It’s a real brand, with multiple traffic sources. Traffic doesn't depend on Google alone. This means there are no sites built purely to sell links.
  • English language. All sites are in English, and the majority of traffic for these sites come from English-speaking countries.
  • Vetted by hand. We remove link farms and junk, and add new sites every month.

The typical site has a DR of 70, about 14,000 organic visits a month and nearly $13,000 a month in traffic value, according to Ahrefs.

"Really cool, Yuri. I'm actually a big fan of the link marketplaces. I've used █████ (OK sites) and █████ (mostly junk) in the past. Exploring your inventory, sites look really high quality."

Why a real business behind the site matters

Would a link from that site still matter if its traffic went to zero?

A SaaS company gets traffic from many places besides Google: its email list, social followings, brand searches, direct visits and customers who log in every day. A site that exists only to sell links depends on its search traffic.

Dot chart, what each price buys. Each dot is one site on LinkVendors, placed by its Ahrefs Domain Rating. $250: 309 sites, median DR 54. $300: 405 sites, median DR 69. $350: 249 sites, median DR 75. $400 to $800: 18 sites, median DR 71.5. If you’re not in SaaS, ecommerce or tech niche, and your priority is building links for grey niches, LinkVendors is not for you, and a marketplace that specialises in other industries and has a much larger catalogue is the better fit.

2. Insert.Link: page-level insertions across every niche under the sun

Insert.Link is a link building marketplace for guest posts and link insertions. It lists about 39,000 websites in 15+ niches, from IT, SaaS and e-commerce to legal, health, iGaming, finance and real estate, across 152 locations. Around 12,000 of them are available for a link insertion.

Search at the page level

Its main feature is what it calls page-level intelligence: 50M+ indexed publisher pages and NLP-powered topical search to find relevant existing articles. The flow on its homepage is short: enter a keyword, select relevant pages, get backlinks. Before ordering, you review the publisher, the page, its metrics (traffic, keywords, DR, referring domains) and the price.

Placement types, speed and agency tools

Besides link insertions, it sells guest posts, listicles, press releases, PR publications and brand mentions. A Fast Delivery Sites list shows publishers that can place links quickly, some in up to 3 days. Budgets run from sites at about $20 to $25 up to premium top-tier publishers. Agencies get projects per client with budgets and order tracking, special terms and volume pricing, plus MCP and API access.

Guarantee and payment

Its stated guarantee is delivery according to the approved order: placement type, target URL, anchor, page and brief. You have 7 days to accept an order, or it's cancelled automatically. It takes cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, regional methods and wire transfer for larger orders.

Best for: buyers who need link insertions outside SaaS and want page-level search across a much larger catalogue.

3. FatGrid: price-checking a domain you've already picked

FatGrid is a price-comparison tool first. It compares 1.3M+ offers from 15+ marketplaces in one interface and covers 330,000+ publishers.

Price Finder and marketplace browsing

Its core tool is the Publisher Price Finder. Paste a domain or a list and see the best price across marketplaces, with Semrush metrics on every result. You can also browse with 25+ filters, including Semrush AS, Ahrefs DR, traffic, country, category, language, price and link type. An AI "Keyword Match" score rates relevance, and you can export to CSV or Google Sheets or use the API.

Prospecting and monitoring

Google Search Scanner takes a keyword, scans up to 100 Google results and shows which ranking publishers accept guest posts or link insertions. The Backlinks Profile Scanner shows which of a competitor's referring sites accept guest posts. Backlinks Monitoring alerts you if a link is removed or its attributes change, and Projects keep work separate per client.

Ordering and plans

FatGrid can handle the placement for you on any marketplace it lists. If it can't get the link published, it says you get a full refund. Paid plans are Pro at $34 a month with a 7-day trial, and Advanced at $199 a month.

FatGrid helps when you already know the domain and want to know who sells it for less.

Best for: price-checking a domain you've already chosen across many marketplaces.

4. iCopify: cheap guest posts at volume, with a much smaller insertion list

iCopify is a self-serve marketplace built for volume. Its marketing pages say 105,000+ websites and 35,000+ publishers, and most of that catalogue is guest posts. A separate link insertion section lists about 4,800 websites.

You can filter by DR, DA, traffic, niche, language, price and link type across 59 categories.

Escrow, publisher track record and agency tools

The publisher is paid only after the live URL is verified. If an order misses its deadline or the publisher declines, the balance returns to your buyer wallet. Before you buy, you see each publisher's completion rate, turnaround time and response behaviour, and you can message them on the task page. Agencies get projects, invoicing per client, an API and white-label reseller dashboards.

Best for: buyers who want cheap guest posts at volume across every niche and are happy to vet sites themselves.

If you build links for SaaS clients, go to LinkVendors and browse the actual software companies' sites we list. For each one, ask two questions: does the company sell to the same people as your client, and does its blog cover the topics your page is about? If both answers are yes, the site is worth a closer look. If not, skip it, however high its DR.
